This Privacy Policy describes Jetvix Africa policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of our Clients’ information (including personal data) when You use the Jetvix Africa Trading Platform through the website jetvix.africa (hereinafter – the “Website”) and/or the Jetvix Africa Mobile Application and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. All further references to the Website and the Jetvix Africa Mobile Application are equivalent.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Jetvix Africa Client Agreement.
The information You provide is collected and processed by VERTE SECURITIES LIMITED, registered under the laws of Vanuatu with a company registration number 700726 whose registered office is at Suite 1, Level 1, Icount House, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, Vanuatu, (hereinafter – the “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), providing access to the Jetvix Africa Trading Platform.
We assure You that We take all measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data that You provide to Us.
We encourage You to carefully read this Privacy Policy. By registering on the Website and/or the Jetvix Africa Mobile Application , You fully and unconditionally agree to its terms.
Use of data
We may collect, use, store and share Your Personal Data for various purposes. We have compiled a table for You with the types of data, the purposes for which we use it.
Legal basis of processing
We process the above mentioned data in full accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, as amended from time to time, in order to:
● perform Our contractual obligations to Clients and offer them the best possible service;
● provide Our services effectively;
● comply with Our legal obligations, including, but not limited to, compliance with laws, regulations and FATF recommendations on combating terrorist financing, fraud and money laundering;
● protect our legitimate interests and Your vital interests.

2. performance of contractual obligations to Our Clients;
3. ensuring our legitimate interests (Your interests and fundamental rights do not override the above interests);

AppsFlyer is a web analytics service that uses technical information about the operating system, device type, typically derived from a browser or other device, for attribution and marketing analytics that allow you to measure and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns by understanding which marketing campaigns contributed to the download/installation of your mobile apps or other conversion rates, also help detect and defend against fraudulent behavior associated with their marketing campaigns.

Requests for deletion and amendment of personal data

You can also make changes to or delete your personal data (except for transaction history or other information that we are required to store in accordance with applicable law) by sending a corresponding request to [email protected].
You can send a request for deletion or amendment in free form (in the body of the letter, scanned copy, etc.) to [email protected] with Your full name and contact information to speed up the processing of Your request. If we have any doubts about the accuracy of Your data, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
Please note that personal data is deleted by default if We have no legitimate reasons for further processing or storing the personal data, or when the personal data is no longer required to be stored in accordance with applicable law.

Corporate Transactions

Account Deletion
To delete Your account, please use the corresponding function in the Android or iOS mobile application or send a request to delete the account. You can request account deletion at any time. Send a message with the command “delete account” to [email protected].
Applicable laws and regulations prohibit Us from deleting personal data. You hereby acknowledge that in the event of account deletion, the Company will retain the necessary personal data as specified in the data use section of this document for the purpose of complying with applicable laws and regulations, preventing fraudulent activities, platform manipulation and other unfair practices for the period specified in the applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that data is minimized and anonymized. Once Your account is deleted, the Company will stop using Your data for any purposes not specified in this section, including advertising and marketing purposes.
